It's a gift for someone else and I'm not sure what they would like or I don't have access to their photos. How can I still give the gift of a Personalised Portrait or giftware item?

A Personalised Design or gift is the perfect gift for everyone, for any occassion. It shows you care. We understand that you may not always be able to access the photos you need. That's when a Gift Voucher may be the ideal solution. We have gift vouchers in various amounts. Please enquire.

What is the best way to send my original photo?

The safest way is by email. To do this you will need to scan your photo/s and then submit the photo/s as an email attachment. You can also send by snail mail. If you send by standard mail, (photo or on CD) we will return your original/CD to you with your order. If your image is already in digital format, just locate the file on your computer and email it to us. We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and images, verify details, and provide you with a quote.

What photos are suitable?

Your favourite photos always work best. Images that are out of focus or heavily shadowed may not give you the results you want. We can improve dark photos a little, adjust color tones, or add a little more vibrancy to your pics. If your subject is missing half a head or is obscured by someone or something else, then that may not work for the Design you have chosen. Low resolution images will produce poor image quality. The quality of the finished product will reflect the quality of the supplied image. If you are not sure, please send us your pic and we can advise.

How can I be sure my order is correct before you send it?

All orders receive a digital proof emailed to you for approval before going to print. Please be sure to check it closely to be sure it is correct. This includes any spelling or punctuation, as once approved we cannot make any changes.

Can I use any image or photo within my design or gift?

We are happy to use whatever image you like, providing you own the copyright in the image, and the image is not of an obscene, pornographic, illegal or defamatory nature.

How long does it take?

We would like approximately two weeks to process print orders and four weeks for most of the giftware items. Personalised coffee mugs and coasters can also be processed within two weeks. If you have an urgent request, please advise and we will do our best to satisfy.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

Prices vary depending upon your requirements. We pride ourselves on our affordability and are sure you will be pleasantly surprised. Portrait prices start from as low as $29.95 and giftware items from $4.50. We shall email you a quote for your approval prior to processing of your order. Payment is via direct deposit over the internet, Visa or Mastercard by phone, or you can send a money order by mail. We apologise but we are not able to accept personal cheques.

How will my order be shipped?

We use Australia Post for all our shipping. You can select standard mail, registered mail, or express post. We suggest Express Post as this is the fastest and safest method. Registered mail and Express Post are also trackable. Registered mail provides some insurance on your items.
